If you get AXS-TV, check your listings for Wednesday, July 31. There's a 90-minute Gipsy Kings show on:

It will be broadcast LIVE.

Thank you for posting this, Bob.

I don't know if I will be able to catch this show, but I'm certainly going to try!

Thanks,

I have looked into this but cannot recieve it. I am hoping it will be available for more general viewing someday. They also showed a broadcast of the concert in New Orleans earlier this year. At least now there are two concerts which have been filmed.

Maybe for release on DVD or streaming someday?.......

Here's how to find out if it's available in your area or with your cable/satellite service:

Savor Flamenco is the title of the show and the title of the forthcoming new CD.

When/where was the New Orleans concert broadcast?

I did not post it as well as you did, but it was also on AXS a few days after the concert (as opposed to live). I do not have this service, but I was hoping to find a streaming portal somewhere. No luck yet.

Thanks for posting.

I don't know how I missed that. I do weekly program guide searches (Dish Network) including "Gipsy Kings" which is how I turned up the live show on AXS last night. I wonder why the New Orleans show didn't turn up.

The live show last night was really good. Half the original Gipsy Kings were missing, though. Appearing were Nicolas, Tonino, Pablo, Andres and Michael. Missing were Canut, Patchai, Diego and Paco.

Hi, Bob!

That's the lineup that I saw in Woodinville.

After the concerts in France and the big "La L├ęgende Revient" build-up, not to mention that it's their 25th anniversary year, I had really been hoping that we would see the entire family on this tour.

I was somewhat disappointed that we didn't.
